Membership Terms
Plan Policy
Subscription service is valid for up to 2 x dogs at a time only. Sessions are limited to one hour of use per week (on Saturday mornings) only, so that others may also enjoy this service. Available sessions are 8am-9am, 9am-10am, 10-11am or 11am-12noon. Please contact us if you prefer a certain time slot, otherwise one will be assigned to you. Time slots are granted on a first in, first served basis. All sessions are unsupervised by Fur Kids and staff. Client must supervise their dog/s at all times. Members are required to:
- Pick up their dog/s waste & remove it
- Sanitize equipment and toys after use with sanitizer provided (including any used water bowl/s) and
- Put equipment away that they have used
- Ensure they have sanitized and put away toys and equipment within their 1hr time limit so sessions don't run short for others.
*Excessive barking is not tolerated - if you think your dog/s may bark a lot while playing, we ask you to please reconsider booking this service.
*Dogs are welcome to dig in our digging pit, but please stop your dog from digging up our grounds.
*Please advise us via email if any damage to our equipment or facility occurs.
