Service Description
Whether you're after a fun, fully fenced place to play with your dog on the weekend, or a safe, enclosed space to train your dog one-on-one every week, this service is for you! Sign up and receive exclusive access to our Fur Kids play park each week for one hour. Included is access to our swimming dam, digging pit, giant hamster wheel, balance boards, slide, tunnels, tractor wheel climbing equipment, and toys including balls and throwers, boomer balls, tug toys and more! Play Park Booking Options Below Single Sessions: One visit to the Play Park for one dog. One visit to the Play Park for two dogs. 4 Session Passes: 4 Session Pass (1 Dog) Four visits for one dog. Use any Saturday or Sunday within one month. No ongoing commitment. 4 Session Pass (2 Dogs) Four visits for two dogs. Use any Saturday or Sunday within one month. No ongoing commitment. Reserved Memberships: Reserved Memberships include one reserved Play Park session each week for either one or two dogs. Available with monthly or quarterly recurring payments. Monthly Membership for 1 dog (billed monthly) One reserved Play Park session every week for one dog. Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. Monthly Membership for 2 dogs (billed monthly) One reserved Play Park session every week for two dogs. Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. Quarterly Memberships: Quarterly Membership for 1 dog (billed quarterly) One reserved Play Park session every week for one dog, for 3 months. Your membership renews automatically every three months until cancelled. Quarterly Membership for 2 dogs (billed quarterly) One reserved Play Park session every week for two dogs, for 3 months. Your membership renews automatically every three months until cancelled. Note about memberships - Our membership services are for 1 x dog unless otherwise stated. Sessions are limited to one hour of use per week only, so that other may also enjoy this subscription service. These sessions are bookable between 9am - 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays only. Sessions are unsupervised by Fur Kids and staff. Excessive barking is not tolerated - if you think your dog may bark a lot while playing, we ask you to please reconsider booking this service. Cancellation Policy
🐾 FUR KIDS PRIVATE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking a private hire session at Fur Kids, you agree to the following terms: Noise & Barking - Dogs must not bark excessively. - If barking becomes disruptive to neighbours, the session may be ended immediately. - Repeated noise issues may result in refusal of future bookings. Reactive Dogs - Reactive dogs are welcome. - Owners must ensure their dog is safely managed and under control at all times. Property Care - Grounds must be left in the same condition they were found. - No digging or damage to turf, fencing, toys, or equipment. - Any damage must be reported and may incur repair costs. Waste & Cleanliness - All dog waste must be picked up and disposed of in the bins provided. - Any mess (vomit, diarrhoea, rubbish, toys) must be cleaned before leaving. - Cleaning fees may apply if the area is left dirty. Supervision & Safety - Dogs must be supervised at all times. - No leaving dogs unattended on the property. - Dogs must remain on lead at all times when exiting/entering the play park. - Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour and actions. Health Requirements - Dogs must be healthy and free from contagious illness. - No dogs with vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, or infectious conditions. Session Times & Access - Entry and exit must occur within the booked time. A 10 minute buffer has been allowed to ensure our play park is available without possible dog crossovers. - Gates must be securely closed at all times. - No early arrival or late departure. Use of Facility - Private hire is for personal use only. - No classes, lessons, workshops, or commercial training of any kind. - No additional dogs beyond the plan purchased. Neighbour Respect - Keep noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving. - No loud music or disruptive behaviour. - Parking must not block driveways or access. Liability - Use of the grounds is at your own risk. - Fur Kids is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to dogs, owners, vehicles, or personal property. - Owners accept full responsibility for their dogs and any damage caused. Cancellations & Refunds - No refunds for missed or unused sessions. - Sessions do not roll over. - Fur Kids may cancel or refuse bookings for any breach of terms.
